The  background  for  this  card  I  designed  using  a  graphics program.   I  die  cut  one of  the balloons  and  decoupaged  it  adding  stickles  to it 
I  added more  stickles  to  the main  image  as  well  as  balloon .rainbow ,  tree  and  bow  stickers  .

    How inventive, we often get hot air balloons fly low above us in the summer.
